All orders are placed online through our webshop. Once your order is confirmed, simply complete the processing form and drop your films in our secure letterbox or ship them to the lab.
Digital files are delivered via download within approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the lab workflow.
NO NEGATIVES RETURN option included! Please add it to the cart as separated item, for France or Europe.
Negative collection and printing services are available by appointment only.
Negatives must be collected within 2 months of processing. Unclaimed negatives may be disposed of after this period due to limited storage capacity.
PLEASE NOTE:
All orders are final. No refunds can be issued once your films have been registered and accepted by the lab.
Please ensure your films are standard C-41 colour or Black & White process before placing your order. Films submitted in unsupported processes are not eligible for a refund.
E-6 (slide) films will be processed as standard C-41 unless otherwise agreed.
Blank, unexposed or light-damaged films are not eligible for a refund. You will be notified if no images are found after processing.
